There's something I'd like you to know.

I don't believe we're meant to carry everything on our own.

We spend so much of our lives holding thoughts, questions, and feelings we never say out loud. Sometimes because we don't know how. Sometimes because we don't think anyone will understand.

These conversations were created for those moments.

This isn't about having someone tell you how to live your life or having all the answers. It's about creating a space where you can speak honestly, feel deeply heard, and gently make sense of what's on your heart.

My role isn't to fix you, because I don't believe you're broken. It's to walk beside you as you navigate whatever season of life you're in.
